Fenwick invests exclusively in Consumer Packaged Goods companies that have strong, high-potential brands but require capital, strategy or operational expertise to grow. We look at potential portfolio companies holistically and take a diligent approach to our capital, both human and financial. With that in mind, we look for companies that seek a partner, not just an investor.

Our investment team and operating partners have over 100 combined years of industry and management expertise. Our experience ranges across diverse categories including Food & Beverage, Household Cleaning, Pet Products, Beauty & Personal Care, Health & Wellness and Lawn & Garden. We deeply understand the key value levers in each unique consumer category and what it takes to scale brands.

Along with supplying the optimal capital and strategic leadership, companies within our portfolio have access to a broader team of blue chip industry advisors who provide expertise which smaller brands may not have access to through normal investment options. From branding, marketing, and merchandising; to operations, sales and distribution strategies – we have the human capital necessary to nurture and grow brands to their full potential. And we maintain a smaller portfolio so we can do so.
